Knowledgemanage Mold Help is a referral service. We do not hire employees for field work. Instead, we connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run your own mold business, you may be a fit for our network.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome independent businesses that offer one or more of these services:

• Mold inspection and testing
• Mold remediation
• Black mold removal and residential mold removal

You may be a solo operator or a small crew. What matters is that you do careful work and treat homeowners with respect.

What do we expect?

Homeowners come to us worried. We ask providers to help them feel informed. That means:

• Holding the licenses, insurance and credentials your area requires
• Giving clear, written quotes before work begins
• Explaining your process in plain language
• Describing your services accurately, with no made-up claims
• Being honest when a job is not a fit
• Following up when a homeowner reaches out

You stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule and methods. You are responsible for your work and your crew.

How does it work for you?

Homeowners send requests or calls through the sites. We match them to providers who serve their area and service type. Providers may pay for the requests and calls they receive. We cannot promise a number of leads or any income.

How do you apply?

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details, where required
• A good way to reach you and the hours you usually take calls

We will review your note and reply if there is a fit.
