How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Knowledgemanage Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can You Raise With Us?

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Knowledgemanage Mold Help went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Knowledgemanage Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You File One?

Email contact@knowledgemanage.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens After You Write?

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

What If You Are Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
